Job Summary
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Givanas Group’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- This role will oversee brand storytelling, digital campaigns, community management, and online engagement while working closely with the Content Creator to drive visibility, brand equity, and consumer connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Group’s brand and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
- Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce engaging, platform-appropriate content (video, graphics, copy).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategy.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Protect brand reputation by managing online conversations and flagging potential risks.
- Support cross-functional teams with digital campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house, FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in social media advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creatives, marketers, and business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
