Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead Givanas Cosmetics’ social presence across all digital platforms. This is a fully onsite role, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams at our Apapa office. The role demands a mix of creative content development, brand storytelling, and data-driven audience engagement to build brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
- Collaborate closely onsite with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact social campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.
