About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting our property listings, growing our audience, and generating leads through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for property listings and brand awareness
- Develop and execute social media content calendars
- Write compelling captions and property descriptions
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Run and manage social media ads to generate leads and promote listings
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to support business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Experience managing business social media accounts (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, short videos, reels)
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of social media ads and analytics
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
