Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company projects and services
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
- Work with the graphics designer and videographer to produce compelling content
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns for property promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Experience with content planning, analytics, and social media advertising
- Good writing and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline.
