Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow online communities through regular engagement and prompt response to customer inquiries.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to optimize results.
- Collaborate with our team to showcase our menu items, promotions, and events.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proven ability to build impactful social strategies and manage multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and digital best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
