Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, innovative, and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance the digital presence of Visco Group of Companies Limited.
- The ideal candidate will manage all social media platforms, develop engaging content, drive online visibility, boost customer engagement, and strengthen the company’s brand image.
- This role requires strong content creation skills, excellent communication abilities, trend awareness, and the capability to analyze performance metrics to guide digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, plan, and execute high-quality social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
Brand Visibility & Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Increase audience engagement through interactive posts, stories, live sessions, and community-building activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Social Media Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and overall brand awareness.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Run targeted ad campaigns to reach specific audiences and boost visibility when needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare and submit periodic social media performance reports to management.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Marketing Support:
- Work closely with management, operations, HR, and other departments to support content needs and company campaigns.
- Promote products, services, events, job vacancies, and brand initiatives across social platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and external vendors when necessary.
Reputation & Compliance:
- Monitor online conversations and manage the company’s reputation across digital spaces.
- Ensure all published content meets ethical, professional, and organizational guidelines.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain brand consistency across all communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), and basic video editing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and insights interpretation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of online trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and brand awareness.
