LandMall is a PropTech Company that redefines the Real Estates Marketplace by offering an end-to-end platform for Buying, Renting, Selling, Funding, Investing & Managing Properties within a secured Ecosystem that eliminates the hardship occasioned from inefficient processes in terms of time, speed & costs associated with concluding real estate deals by utilizing innovative solutions throughout the transaction cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, captions) to attract and retain customers
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Run and monitor paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies
  • Maintain and update website or landing pages (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and online sales strategies
  • Basic knowledge of content creation (graphics/video is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Must live on the Island
