About the Role
As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for shaping RUN’s online presence, creating engaging content, and building brand visibility across social and digital channels. You’ll manage campaigns that communicate RUN’s vision, engage customers, and position us as a category leader in tech-driven logistics.
You are a storyteller with an eye for design, a pulse on digital trends, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, blog posts, reels, etc.) for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook.
- Post and manage blog content on RUN’s website, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with brand voice.
- Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and subscriber engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and performance tracking.
- Analyze analytics and performance metrics to refine strategy and drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to support campaigns and partnerships.
- Build and manage influencer and community relationships.
- Stay up to date on social trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social analytics.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp (or similar).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative design skills.
- Experience running paid ad campaigns and measuring performance metrics.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for startups, logistics, or technology-driven storytelling is a plus.
