Core Objectives
- Execute strategies that lead to direct monetization (FB Ad Breaks, IG Bonuses) for internal brands and lead generation for agency clients.
- Build highly engaged, loyal audiences across IG, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Maintain the "NaijaEyes" voice while adapting to various client niches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily postings across TikTok, IG, and Facebook using scheduling tools.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes to ensure maximum organic reach.
- Set up and monitor Facebook Stars, In-Stream Ads, and TikTok Creator Fund/Shop features.
- Provide weekly analytics reports showing growth, reach, and ROI to clients.
- Identify viral sounds and challenges early to keep content relevant.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, and Instagram Professional Dashboard.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook In-Stream Ads, Stars, and TikTok’s Creator Rewards Program (and navigating Nigerian eligibility).
- Ability to interpret CTR, reach-to-follower ratios, and conversion rates to adjust strategy.
- Basic knowledge of running Meta Ads for client lead generation.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Must show a track record of organic community growth (e.g., "Grew an account from 0 to 10k in 6 months").
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., Meta Blueprint Certification is a huge plus).
