We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer who’s not just a content creator—you’re a visual storyteller, strategist, and digital trendspotter. You understand how to build community, drive leads, and grow engagement without needing to be micromanaged. You're a self-starter who embraces new tools (especially AI-powered platforms) to streamline content creation and accelerate growth. You're obsessed with fashion, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about digital innovation.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan and produce scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video content aligned with our brand voice and seasonal campaigns (e.g. prom, bridal, cultural events).
- Capture in-house content including behind-the-scenes fittings, tailoring sessions, and client testimonials.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, CapCut AI, etc.) for content ideas, caption writing, and creative execution.
- Maintain a consistent and on-brand content calendar that aligns with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Own daily posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, trends, and new features (Reels, Threads, AI filters).
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tags to build and nurture a vibrant online community.
Lead Generation & Paid Ads
- Create and manage both organic and paid campaigns targeting prom-goers, brides, bridesmaids, and lovers of African/tailored fashion.
- Run ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, optimizing for ROAS and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to turn social engagement into bookings, consultations, and sales.
- Maintain daily records of sales, chats, and customer engagement activities.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and tags in a timely and professional manner.

- Photography and lighting experience
