Job Summary:
- Data2Bots is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is essential in shaping our brand voice, engaging with our tech audience, and building a thriving online community that resonates with developers, tech professionals, and business decision-makers. You must be innovative, organized, and deeply familiar with both organic and paid strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X , TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a tech-driven or fast-paced digital environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience managing B2B social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Ability to write clear, compelling captions and copy tailored to tech audiences.
- Graphic design skills (using Canva or Adobe Suite) and familiarity with short-form video editing.
- Demonstrated success in growing communities and driving engagement online.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Tech-inclined and comfortable working with digital tools and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand, campaigns, and goals.
- Plan and manage daily content across all relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor audience interactions, respond to inquiries, and manage social engagement with a consistent brand voice.
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools (Buffer, Metricool, Hootsuite) to optimize posting times and frequency.
- Work with digital marketing to execute social media ad campaigns and boost key content.
- Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, follower growth, conversions), and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and social innovations to keep the brand relevant and impactful.
- Launch and manage social media contests, takeovers, influencer partnerships, and community initiatives.
