Role Overview: Social Media Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Be the creative, fun, and authentic voice of the brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging daily content that showcases our properties, guest experiences, and team culture
- Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy
- Actively engage with followers via comments, messages, and interactions to foster community
- Work closely with the operations and photography teams to source strong visual content
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to increase engagement, following, and visibility
- Maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional brand voice in all interactions
- Explore collaborations with influencers and brand partners

- Proven social media growth experience with a strong portfolio

Non-Negotiables:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury sectors
- Must post and engage daily on all major platforms
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Deep knowledge of social media trends and algorithm shifts
- Self-sufficient setup to work remotely (strong internet is essential)
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage followers consistently
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or travel brands
- Familiarity with Dubai’s market and audience
- Running successful paid or organic social media campaigns
Salary Range: ?350,000 – ?500,000 (monthly)
