  - You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability,security, and performance.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
  - System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain university computer systems, including servers, desktops, and laptops.
  - Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain university networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
  - Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
  - System and Network Monitoring: Monitor system and network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations.
  - Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system and network issues, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  - User Support: Provide technical support and training to university staff and students, ensuring they can effectively utilize computer systems and networks.
  - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system and network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
  - Compliance: Ensure systems and networks comply with university policies, industry regulations, and relevant laws.
  
 Qualifications:
  - Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  - Experience: Proven experience in system and network administration, preferably in a university or similar environment.
  - Certifications: CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or other relevant certifications.
  - Technical: Strong technical knowledge of operating systems and servers (Windows, Linux, macOS), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and network devices.
