Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Business Analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in multi-location data analysis (preferably in banking/finance)
Certifications:
- CBAP
- PMP or relevant analytics certifications
Skills & Attributes
Expertise in:
Stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Proven track record in navigating banking regulations while delivering iteratively.

- ETL processes and data warehousing
- Statistical analysis tools (Python, R)
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead a team of business analysts supporting all subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain subsidiary-specific dashboards and reports
- Implement predictive analytics models to forecast business trends
Operational Excellence - Serve as primary point of contact for all subsidiary analytics needs
- Align reporting standards with headquarters business intelligence teams
- Customise analytics solutions for regional subsidiary requirements
Security & Compliance - Ensure data quality and consistency across subsidiary reports
- Implement data governance frameworks for subsidiary operations
- Maintain single source of truth for cross-subsidiary analytics
Innovation & Modernisation - · Pilot AI/ML models for subsidiary-specific use cases (e.g., regional customer behaviour prediction, localised risk modelling)
- Implement real-time analytics dashboards for subsidiary executives using cloud-native solutions
- Develop geo-specific data products that address unique subsidiary market conditions
- Lead RPA implementation to automate subsidiary reporting workflows (30% automation target in Year 1)
- Design self-service analytics portals for subsidiary business units using Power BI Embedded
- Establish cross-subsidiary data collaboration platforms to share best practices
Team & Stakeholder Management - Ensure timely delivery of regulatory reports (CTR, FTR, etc.)
- Maintain audit trails for all subsidiary data processes
- Implement data security protocols for sensitive information
