Description 
  - As a Sales Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our retail tech and SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your expertise will be key in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
  
 Key Responsibilities
  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail tech and SaaS sectors.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  - Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  - Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Innovation Lead.
  
 Responsibilities
  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail tech and SaaS sales.
  - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
 Compulsory Requirements:
  - Must have previous experience in Retail tech or SaaS
  - Must reside in Lagos
  
 Additional Requirements:
