Key Responsibilities
- Manage event ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate ticket uploads and real-time updates.
- Oversee accreditation systems, generating passes, managing access levels and updating attendee databases.
- Handle website content updates (event details, schedules, media uploads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative, events, and communications teams to ensure all digital information aligns with event timelines.
- Monitor data accuracy across all tech platforms and troubleshoot any technical or user errors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in entertainment or event operations.
- Familiarity with ticketing and event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
