Job Description
- Oversee support for customer-facing channels (mobile, USSD, internet banking) across subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for digital channels.
- Lead incident management and resolution.
- Collaborate with product teams for enhancements.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition.
- 5+ years in digital channel support.
- Knowledge of payment systems (NIP, USSD).
