Job Description

  • Oversee support for customer-facing channels (mobile, USSD, internet banking) across subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 99.9% uptime for digital channels.
  • Lead incident management and resolution.
  • Collaborate with product teams for enhancements.

Key Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition.
  • 5+ years in digital channel support.
  • Knowledge of payment systems (NIP, USSD).
