Job Description
- Ensure IT services meet quality standards and SLAS for subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and monitor service quality metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition.
- 6+ years in IT service management.
- ITIL Expert or Six Sigma certification.
