ROLE OVERVIEW
- We are hiring a Video Content Specialist to lead all video creation, production, and post-production across the Tranter Global brand portfolio. This is a creative leadership role for someone who is equally at home behind a camera on a shoot day as they are in front of a monitor in post. You will be responsible for the full video content lifecycle: concept development, pre-production planning, onlocation and studio shooting, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery across multiple platforms. You have a strong visual point of view. You understand how to make a B2B technology brand look premium without losing clarity. You know how to make a 60-second social ad feel urgent and cinematic at the same time. You are obsessive about craft and fast with execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end video production across all Tranter Global brands, from concept and storyboarding through to final export and platform-specific delivery.
- Shoot professional-quality video content for social media, brand campaigns, product explainers, client testimonials, event coverage, and executive communications.
- Own the full paid media funnel: from audience research, ad creative briefs, and copy strategy through to campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, ensuring messaging aligns with audience psychology and brand positioning.
- Conduct continuous competitor analysis and market research on US business audiences to stay ahead of trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly, track spend efficiency and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Implement pixel tracking, conversion events, UTM structures, and attribution frameworks to maintain data integrity across all campaigns.
- Work closely with the content and sales teams to align paid acquisition with organic efforts, landing page performance, and CRM pipeline outcomes.
- Constantly test, iterate, and optimize. Your default mode is experimentation.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable, hands-on mastery of Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Proven Meta Ads expertise across campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Verifiable experience running campaigns specifically for the US market, with a clear understanding of American buyer behavior, business culture, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong copywriting instincts for ad headlines, descriptions, and CTAs that speak to American SMB decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or equivalent reporting tools).
- Experience with landing page optimization and understanding of how paid traffic converts post-click.
- 3+ years of paid media experience, ideally managing multi-campaign accounts across multiple brands or industries.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services to US audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred) and how paid media integrates into a full sales funnel.
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are strong advantages.
- Experience managing campaigns with monthly budgets of $5,000+ USD.
