- The Video Editor/Motion Graphics Developer (Staff Analyst level) is responsible for producing high-quality video and motion graphic content to support digital learning and corporate communication goals. The role blends creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging, brand-aligned multimedia assets. This individual plays a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, timely, and compliant visuallearning experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging video content and motion graphics for training, internal communications, and digital learning.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with learning goals.
- Edit, animate, and optimize videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Camtasia.
- Ensure all content meets technical, brand and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Maintain organized media libraries and version control across projects.
- Stay current on design trends, animation techniques, and new tools to continuously improve creative output.
- Support team development by sharing best practices and mentoring junior creatives as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and motion graphics software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia, Vyond), SCORM compliance, and LMS deployment.
- Knowledge of video accessibility standards (e.g., closed captioning, audio descriptions).
