We are seeking a skilled .NET Software Engineer for a 6-month contract role, with the potential for extension, to contribute to exciting projects in various industries.

We are looking for a Web3-savvy Digital Marketer & Community Manager who understands the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, growing community engagement, and driving user adoption through social media marketing, influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and content creation.

If you have a deep understanding of Web3 trends, NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi, and you know how to engage Web3-native communities, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Web3-focused marketing strategy across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Manage and grow an engaged Web3 community through consistent interactions, AMA sessions, and viral content.
  • Develop content marketing strategies for blogs, Twitter threads, and LinkedIn posts on topics like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and smart contracts.
  • Create and manage engaging campaigns, giveaways, and community challenges.
  • Moderate Discord and Telegram channels, ensuring spam-free, valuable discussions.

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads:

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize ad campaigns for conversion rates, CPC, and ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Use email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to nurture leads and retain customers.

Performance Analytics & Growth Strategies:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, CTR, impressions, conversions).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to improve performance.
  • Develop and test A/B campaigns to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to optimize digital experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing & social media management (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to write engaging, high-converting copy for posts, ads, and emails.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on digital trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
