Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for fixed network solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Translate market and customer requirements into product requirements specifications (PRS).
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Lead cross-functional product teams through the entire product lifecycle – from concept to end-of-life.
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement improvement strategies.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Develop and implement GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Prepare product presentations, datasheets, white papers, and other sales enablement materials.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical and commercial product training.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring alignment between product development and customer needs.
- Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Business Analysis:
- Track product performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, market share).
- Analyze product profitability and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fixed broadband or telecom infrastructure industry.
- Solid technical understanding of wirelsee network technologies, including:IP/MW)/DSL technologies (VDSL2, G.fast)/IP Routers and Switches/Network Management Systems
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
