Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.
  • Manage and grow TSM’s social media presence across all platforms.
  • Create engaging and impactful content to promote our programs and activities.
  • Respond to inquiries (online and offline) professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and communication logs.
  • Support event coordination and training logistics.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resides in Ibadan.
