Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.
- Manage and grow TSM’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Create engaging and impactful content to promote our programs and activities.
- Respond to inquiries (online and offline) professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and communication logs.
- Support event coordination and training logistics.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resides in Ibadan.
