About the Role
- Experienced doctor with 5–7 years in aesthetics to deliver advanced cosmetic treatments, ensure patient safety, and create tailored plans for outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated representative for the assigned brand, consistently embodying its values and aesthetics.
- Drive sales and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded for the assigned brand.
- Provide expert-level knowledge and compelling storytelling to educate customers about brand products and their unique benefits.
- Deliver tailored product recommendations and consultations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the assigned brand’s merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the brand’s sales trends and customer feedback, providing insights to outlet and brand managers.
- Participate in in-store promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches, coordinating with the outlet and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, offering personalized follow-up and exceptional service.
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries related to the brand with professionalism and care.
- Act as a role model in grooming, comportment, and service excellence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years field experience in brand management and or in marketing communications of reputable brands.
