About the Role

  • Makari brand is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Brand & Business Development Manager to oversee brand positioning, product launches, marketing campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
  • This role is critical in ensuring consistency of our brand identity while driving new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client, distributor, and partner relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design growth strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on brand and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management and/or business development (FMCG/cosmetics preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully managing brand growth.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
