ABOUT THE ROLE

  • This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring the effective operation and execution of all branding, communications and marketing strategies.This role will oversee all marketing, advertising, and communication activities and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Branding Communications and Marketing
  • Developing and implementing custom marketing and advertising strategies
  • Creating designs and layouts for media outlets
  • Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
  • Develop and manage the content strategy for all communications channels including website, blog, social media, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and content delivery.
  • Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
  • Oversee all aspects of organisational branding
  • Oversee internal and external communications
  • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent marketing strategies and content

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication or relevant fields with a Masters degree in any of the relevant fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
