Role Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Business Development Executive with strong experience selling Zoho products to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account management, solution pitching, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will understand client business needs and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Zoho solutions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Sell Zoho products including CRM, Books, People, Inventory, Projects, Mail, Analytics, and other ecosystem tools.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new verticals, customer needs, and partnership opportunities.
Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate Zoho solutions.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to develop solution blueprints and configuration requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
- Provide consultative support throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing accounts by promoting additional Zoho products and upgrades.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless relationship management.
- Follow up on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and subscription expansions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Provide regular insights on customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- 5–7 years of proven experience selling Zoho products (CRM, Books, People, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem, licensing models, and solution capabilities.
- Experience conducting product demos and client presentations.
- Strong B2B sales skills with ability to close deals independently.
- Good understanding of business operations, workflows, and automation processes.
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or business automation tools is an advantage.
- Experience using Zoho CRM for lead management is preferred.
