Crown Interactive is launching a world-class Service Aggregator platform in Nigeria using cutting-edge Business Support Systems (BSS) platform. The service offering includes comprehensive order-to-cash services for local and international service providers who are seeking to outsource their business support systems with a minimum of capital expenditure. Additionally, Crown Interactive has established a Nigerian-based products operation with exclusive distribution rights to provide highly innovative 3G data and voice Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for individual consumers and small-to-medium businesses.

Job Objective

  • Are you a strategic, creative, and highly organized content professional with a strong command of digital storytelling and social media? We are seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to own our brand voice and drive impactful communication across digital channels.
  • Serving as a key partner to marketing and leadership, this role translates complex technology, SaaS solutions, and public-sector digital transformation initiatives into clear, compelling content that builds awareness, engagement, and demand. The Content & Social Media Manager will manage multiple content streams, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across platforms.
  • This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. As a steward of the brand, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping thought leadership, managing social media presence, and ensuring our messaging is aligned, credible, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans
  • Create high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social posts, newsletters, website copy, and thought leadership pieces
  • Simplify complex SaaS, enterprise, and public-sector technology concepts into accessible and persuasive narratives
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to generate accurate and insightful content

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan, publish, and optimize social media calendars for product launches, campaigns, events, and announcements
  • Engage with followers, industry leaders, partners, and influencers to grow reach and credibility
  • Monitor conversations and trends in SaaS, enterprise tech, GovTech, and digital transformation

Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Position the company as a trusted authority in SaaS, enterprise solutions, and public-sector digitalization
  • Support executive branding and leadership content (CEO/CTO posts, speaking engagements, PR content)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze content and social media performance using analytics tools

 

  • Report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, lead generation, and conversions
  • Continuously optimize content based on data, audience insights, and best practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or digital government solutions
  • Familiarity with SEO, marketing automation, and CMS platforms
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement, policy, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in content marketing and social media, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS,
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content
  • Experience communicating with enterprise and/or public-sector audiences
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content funnels, and social media algorithms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
