About the Role
- We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Creation Intern who can shoot, edit, and create high-quality content, while also supporting social media management. This is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a strong focus on content production.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation (Priority)
- Shoot photos and videos for social media and campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, clips) that align with brand voice.
- Take creative direction from the team to capture engaging visuals.
- Assist with basic graphic designs using Canva or similar tools.
Social Media & Community Support
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms.
- Write engaging captions and community-focused copy.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and engage audiences appropriately.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve content performance and engagement.
Other Responsibilities
- Help organize content calendars and campaign timelines.
- Research trends, audience behavior, and platform updates.
Who You Are
- Passionate about shooting, editing, and creating digital content.
- Interested in social media and community engagement.
- Curious about digital culture, trends, and storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Excited to learn and collaborate within a creative team.
- Preferred Background: Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Bonus: Previous experience managing a social media page, personal brand, or community.

Compensation
- Monthly Allowance: ?50,000 – ?70,000 (based on skill and performance).

- Office-based role (9AM – 5PM, Ikeja, Lagos).
- Accommodation not provided – candidates must reside in Lagos or nearby.
- Internship runs for 3 months, with possibility of a full-time offer after evaluation.
