Job Overview

  • The Business Analyst supports the Chartering team in monitoring, updating and analysing various databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chartering team in maintaining, updating and analysing existing databases, while simultaneously linking in with relevant teams.
  • Provide routine administrative support to help maintain efficient departmental operations.
  • Prepare, update, and organise departmental files, reports, and trackers.
  • Contribute to ad?hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Chartering team.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • No prior industry experience required; Suitable for entry?level candidates with an interest in shipping.
