Job Overview
- The Business Analyst supports the Chartering team in monitoring, updating and analysing various databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chartering team in maintaining, updating and analysing existing databases, while simultaneously linking in with relevant teams.
- Provide routine administrative support to help maintain efficient departmental operations.
- Prepare, update, and organise departmental files, reports, and trackers.
- Contribute to ad?hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Chartering team.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- No prior industry experience required; Suitable for entry?level candidates with an interest in shipping.
