ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • We are looking for a creative and versatile content creator who can produce engaging written and video/visual content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. We’re on the hunt for a talent who understands modern content culture, knows how to engage audiences, and can bring fresh storytelling energy to our brand.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can craft compelling copy, shoot/edit social videos, create raw visual assets, and collaborate with our in-house graphics designer to bring concepts to life. You will help shape the brand narrative across our retail, distribution, and budding manufacturing operations; while also supporting employer branding initiatives with the HR team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create platform-ready written content: captions, scripts, storytelling copy, product descriptions, short-form posts.
  • Produce raw video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn posts, and Facebook.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to translate your concepts into polished visual assets.
  • Develop content ideas that showcase the brand’s retail, distribution, and manufacturing activities.
  • Support HR with employer branding content: culture stories, staff features, recruitment posts.
  • Maintain an organized content production calendar aligned with the social media team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail, and Operations for campaign-related content needs.
  • Stay updated on content and editing trends, recommending creative improvements.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • Strong copywriting and scriptwriting ability.
  • Ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos.
  • Creative storytelling mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong visual sense and ability to brief/guide graphic design work.
  • Basic editing tool competency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of content formats across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X & LinkedIn.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Media, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in content creation or digital storytelling.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
