Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- The Digital Marketer will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, engaging audiences, and driving business growth through effective online strategies.
Position Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
- Create and manage content calendars, develop engaging posts, monitor engagement, and grow followers across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Develop digital content strategies and produce high-quality content (blog posts, videos, newsletters, graphics) aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Optimize company website and landing pages for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO). Monitor site performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic and user engagement.
- Design and implement lead generation strategies through paid and organic channels; manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints. Assist in online reputation management and brand monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations; apply best practices to campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
- Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- The candidate should have at least, BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communications or a related field.
Core Competencies:
- Have a minimum of 5-7 years post NYSC experience as an Internal Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and content quality.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
