We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Intern to support our online engagement and content strategy across WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about storytelling, understands audience behavior, and is passionate about creating compelling content that drives engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling content for Renda’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Monitor direct messages (DMs), comments, and mentions; engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft and send engaging newsletters and email campaigns to targeted audiences.
- Support WhatsApp content delivery by preparing customer education messages, FAQs, and updates.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop campaign content aligned with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform algorithm changes.

- Content engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves)
- Follower growth and reach across platforms
- Average response time on DMs and comments
- Quality and consistency of published content
- Email open and click-through rates
- Contribution to inbound lead generation through content
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internship or freelance experience welcome)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) and tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo)
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (graphic design or video editing skills are a plus)
