- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, content creation, paid advertising, social media management, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve future strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets for digital campaigns and ensure cost-effective media buying.
Content Development & Management
- Create compelling digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate graphic design, video content, and blog articles in collaboration with creative teams.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing (SEM)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid search platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media calendars and campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, trends, and user interactions; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Grow the company’s online presence and community.
Email Marketing & CRM Integration
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
- Monitor email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
- Integrate digital campaigns with CRM tools for effective customer segmentation and automation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights to measure performance.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on digital KPIs including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
- Recommend optimizations based on data insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or HubSpot (added advantage).
- Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, etc.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
