  • We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, content creation, paid advertising, social media management, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve future strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets for digital campaigns and ensure cost-effective media buying.

Content Development & Management

  • Create compelling digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate graphic design, video content, and blog articles in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online channels.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing (SEM)

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility.
  • Manage Google Ads and other paid search platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media calendars and campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and user interactions; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Grow the company’s online presence and community.

Email Marketing & CRM Integration

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
  • Monitor email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
  • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM tools for effective customer segmentation and automation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights to measure performance.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on digital KPIs including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
  • Recommend optimizations based on data insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or HubSpot (added advantage).
  • Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, etc.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
