Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.
- This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement across all CareOne-managed hospitals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and multi-channel campaign management. You will work closely with hospital management, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure our digital presence aligns with CareOne’s promise of quality care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.),
- SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, appointment bookings, and patient retention.
- Leverage healthcare-specific digital marketing trends (e.g., telemedicine promotion, doctor discovery, health awareness campaigns).
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, infographics) that educates and engages patients on healthcare services.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to enhance patient interaction and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop trusted, compliant, and patient-friendly content.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Ensure high search rankings for key healthcare services (e.g., "best cardiologist in Lagos," "maternity hospital near me").
- Optimize landing pages, blog content, and local SEO for all 15 hospital locations.
- Work with the web team to improve user experience (UX), conversion rates, and mobile responsiveness.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI).
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM data, and call tracking to refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, emails, and landing pages to maximize performance.
Reputation Management & Patient Engagement
- Implement online review management strategies (Google My Business, Healthgrades, etc.).
- Engage with patients via chatbots, WhatsApp marketing, and email nurture campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend across channels.
- Work with agencies, freelancers, and tech vendors to execute campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital management, or health tech.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA/GDPR considerations a plus).
- Experience with email automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and chatbots.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment.
