Euracare provides diagnostic services with state-of-the-art equipment and treatment capabilities including minimally-invasive procedures in the fields of cardiology, interventional radiology, orthopaedics, urology, general surgery and bariatrics and neurosurgery.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage ad budgets, keyword strategies, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish regular content across platforms
- Optimize content performance through hashtags, timing, audience targeting, and engagement tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing officer for storytelling and campaign launches.
SEO & Website Oversight:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content (meta tags, headings, alt text, etc.).
- Monitor technical SEO elements (page speed, indexing, mobile responsiveness).
- Coordinate with developers to implement web updates, landing pages, or patient tools.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Create automated and segmented campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Manage WhatsApp Business campaigns for appointment reminders, educational tips, and patient engagement.
- Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions; suggest improvements based on performance.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and segment patient databases for targeted communications.
- Work with the operations team to ensure patient journey flows are reflected in the CRM.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards from Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and patient acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
- Proven skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
