The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and strengthen its online presence. The role involves creating content, analyzing performance data, managing social media accounts, and supporting lead generation efforts through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Manage the company’s website, including content updates, SEO optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms including blogs, newsletters, and product promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align digital efforts with company goals.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Education & Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or similar) is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with design and web development tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
