Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving lead generation efforts to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- SEO and Content Management: Conduct keyword research and optimization of website content to improve organic search rankings. Manage and update the company’s website and blog with high-quality content.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate company updates, product launches, and promotions.
- PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, with a focus on maximizing ROI and optimizing ad performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Proven experience with social media marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
