  • We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies within the real estate industry.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, lead generation, online advertising, and performance tracking, with the ability to drive brand visibility and property enquiries through digital channels.

About the Role

  • As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s properties and services.
  • This role involves managing digital platforms, generating qualified leads, increasing online visibility, and supporting sales and leasing objectives.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings, developments, and services.
  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate property photo, video, and virtual tour content for online promotion.

Lead Generation & Performance Tracking:

  • Generate and manage online leads from digital platforms and property portals.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion rates.

Website & Online Presence:

  • Manage website updates, property listings, and landing pages.
  • Optimize content for SEO and improve website visibility on search engines.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration & Market Insights:

  • Work closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor digital activities.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and market insights.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, paid ads, and analytics tools.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
