We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketer / Content Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of content creation expertise and digital marketing acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Graphics Design, Digital Media or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years in digital marketing, content creation, graphic and motion graphics design.
  • Comprehensive understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO and monetization mechanisms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in the use of graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, CorelDraw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign, motion graphics design software etc is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital ads platform such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing and content creation trends.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and coordinating campaigns.
