Role Overview

  • The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for building and managing digital funnels, automations, and campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and impact for Bible Davids Ministries. This role requires a tech-savvy marketer who understands both the back-end systems (CRM, workflows, integrations) and the front-end campaigns (ads, content distribution, email, and social media marketing).
  • This is a pioneering role at our Abuja office, working closely with the Head of Operations, media team, and senior leadership to ensure that our digital presence and systems reflect BDM’s global excellence and prophetic edge.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Systems Management (GoHighLevel / Tavar Tech Space)

  • Build, configure, and optimize funnels in GHL for events, bootcamps, discipleship programs, and partner campaigns.
  • Design workflows, triggers, and automations that enhance customer journeys from first contact to discipleship.
  • Manage affiliate dashboards, ensuring smooth onboarding, commission tracking, and payouts.
  • Oversee membership portals for e-courses, ensuring flawless user experience.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools (payment gateways, Zoom, video hosting, SMS/WhatsApp platforms).

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and monitor digital campaigns for events, broadcasts, and e-course launches.
  • Manage paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google with clear performance targets.
  • Create high-converting landing pages, registration forms, and opt-in funnels tied to campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, analytics, and retargeting strategies.

Content Distribution & Media Integration

  • Work with the creative/media team to design ads, graphics, and video creatives for campaigns.
  • Schedule and deploy multi-platform content across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Ensure branding and messaging across all campaigns reflect BDM’s excellence and prophetic identity.

Data & Audience Management

  • Segment and tag audiences in GHL for targeted campaigns.
  • Develop list-building strategies to expand BDM’s email, SMS, and WhatsApp databases.
  • Implement nurture sequences to convert first-time contacts into disciples, partners, or course participants.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, conversions, and growth metrics.

Innovation & Growth Strategy

  • Research and implement new tools and digital trends that can amplify BDM’s digital presence.
  • Propose and execute creative digital activations such as webinars, Zoom encounters, and online challenges.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align digital campaigns with ministry growth goals and global impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM platforms) is essential.
  • Strong track record in digital advertising and funnel building.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in GHL (funnels, workflows, memberships, affiliate manager).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation sequences.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
