About the Role
- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale Termii’s multi-channel paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms. This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise, analytical skill, and creative strategy to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign performance, uncover actionable insights, and continuously identify new growth opportunities that align with Termii’s overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging ad platforms as relevant.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and optimisation across multiple platforms.
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion pacing across all active channels.
- Execute continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive better outcomes.
- Refresh creative assets and experiment with different ad formats (video, carousel, static, reels, stories, etc.) to improve engagement.
Tracking, Attribution & Analytics
- Set up, audit, and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and relevant platform pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all platforms and channels.
- Analyse user journeys, campaign performance, and audience insights to guide optimisation decisions.
- Leverage analytics tools and dashboards to uncover trends and measure full-funnel impact.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver clear weekly performance summaries and detailed monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.
- Conduct periodic account and platform audits to identify optimisation and expansion opportunities.
Strategic Contribution
- Proactively identify new opportunities across ad platforms to scale acquisition, retention, and awareness campaigns.
- Recommend strategic experiments such as new channels, formats, or creative approaches to drive performance.
- Collaborate closely with the brand, content, and design teams to align messaging and ensure creative consistency across channels.
- Stay informed on the latest platform updates, ad technologies, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data-driven optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver consistent results.
