We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing / Social Media Growth Officer to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and online engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, growing social media presence, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Drive lead generation and customer conversion initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments.
  • Grow social media following and engagement organically.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators on marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and offers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Use insights to improve marketing strategies and ROI.
