Role Overview

  • We're seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in multi-channel campaign management, advanced SEO implementation, and strategic digital marketing. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend technical proficiency with creative strategy to drive measurable client outcomes while contributing to our agency's thought leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Campaign Management (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Lead advanced SEO initiatives, including technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and link building campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Create high-performing content assets, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and campaign materials that drive engagement and conversions
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform-specific tools to deliver actionable client insights
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve campaign performance and client ROI

Strategic & Consultative Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic digital marketing consultation to clients on campaign optimization, platform selection, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with the client's business objectives and market positioning to drive effective results.
  • Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with CX and sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and support client retention initiatives.

Agency Growth & Internal Contribution

  • Author thought leadership content for WSI Axon's blog and social media channels
  • Support sales enablement through the creation of case studies, competitive analysis, and presentation materials
  • Lead internal marketing campaigns to generate MQLs and support business development objectives
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team skill development through knowledge sharing
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative strategies and tools to the team

Required Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrable client results
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and emerging platforms
  • Expert-level SEO knowledge, including technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and ranking strategies
  • Mastery of analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Search Console,
  • SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media analytics
  • Strong content creation abilities with a portfolio demonstrating blog posts, case studies, and campaign materials
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously

Strategic & Analytical Capabilities

  • Data-driven decision making with the ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights
  • Campaign optimization expertise with a proven track record of improving ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Client consultation skills with experience providing strategic marketing guidance to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)

  • WordPress development experience, including custom theme work and optimization
  • Page builder proficiency (Elementor, Divi, or similar) for landing page creation and optimization
  • Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for campaign implementation and tracking
  • Marketing automation experience with platforms like MoEngage, HubSpot, or similar
