Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for both Cluxmedia and its clients across multiple platforms. This role is performance-driven and requires hands-on experience with paid ads, organic growth, analytics, and campaign optimization.
The ideal candidate understands how agencies work, can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and is comfortable working with clear KPIs, deadlines, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for:
- Cluxmedia’s internal services
- Client products and services across different industries
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals (leads, sales, traffic, conversions)
- Translate business objectives into platform-specific marketing plans
Paid Advertising & Growth
- Manage paid ads across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Linkedn Ads (where applicable)
- TikTok Ads (bonus advantage)
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for performance
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Collaboration & Systems
Work closely with:
- Sales teams
- Video and graphic designers
- Automation and CRM systems
- Ensure leads flow correctly into sales pipelines
- Support funnel optimization and retargeting strategies
Requirements & Skills
- 2–4 years hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Social media marketing
- Lead generation funnels
- Experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a strong advantage (but optional)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform changes
