Role Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of Nairabox’s marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving user acquisition, and optimizing engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display, and search platforms.
  • Manage and grow Nairabox’s online presence through creative and consistent content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, digital trends, and campaign performance to drive insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals, copy, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) to meet defined KPIs for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support event marketing initiatives through digital promotions, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in entertainment, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
