Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Digital Strategist and Social Media Manager drives brand growth by designing and executing digital campaigns that convert attention into leads, sales, and long term trust.
  • This role blends strategy, content leadership, analytics, paid media thinking, and community management to ensure every post, campaign, and channel supports clear business goals. You will own the digital roadmap, manage social platforms end to end, and continuously optimize performance using data, audience insights, and creative testing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build the digital strategy, audience personas, funnel messaging, channel plans, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Own the social media engine: content calendar, platform specific formats, captions, scripts, hooks, CTAs, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Provide creative direction and quality control for designers, editors, creators, and vendors, including briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Manage community and reputation: daily engagement, moderation, sentiment monitoring, complaints handling, and escalation protocols.
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms: targeting, creatives, A B testing, retargeting, and ROAS or CPA improvement.
  • Handle analytics and reporting: dashboards, weekly and monthly performance insights, and continuous optimization.
  • Support website growth and conversion: landing pages, tracking, lead magnets, and CRO recommendations.
  • Drive SEO support: keyword informed content planning, basic on page coordination, and blog or long form repurposing where required.
  • Support email and CRM workflows: nurture sequences, newsletters, segmentation inputs, and lead handoff alignment with sales.
  • Coordinate launches and growth campaigns with sales, product, and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years experience in digital strategy, social media management, and campaign execution with measurable results.
  • Strong portfolio showing content systems, campaign outcomes, and growth metrics.
  • Proficiency with major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X as relevant.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager plus at least one of Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools: platform insights, Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and tracking basics.
  • Familiar with content and workflow tools: Canva or Adobe, CapCut or similar, and scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.

Core Skills:

  • Strategy, positioning, funnel thinking, and buyer psychology.
  • Copywriting, storytelling, and short form video judgement.
  • Data analysis, experimentation, and optimization discipline.
  • Project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination.
