Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a creative, strategic and focus-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of our brand’s key objectives, through proven strategies and execution excellence. This role is critical in shaping our brand’s growth and influencing our business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the brand's voice, look, and feel across all channels.
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with product design and creative teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage social media strategy and oversee content creation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide brand decisions.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and event activations.
- Work with sales and retail teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Monitor brand performance using digital tools and consumer feedback.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (work & excel) & google workspace.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, admin or marketing, preferably in fashion or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and Gen Z/millennial consumer behavior.
- Experience in digital marketing, project management & social media operations.
- Ability to manage small & Large teams.
