Description

  • The Head of Digital Platform is responsible for leading the development, management, and continuous optimization of RevoHealth’s digital ecosystem, including web, mobile, and telemedicine platforms.
  • The role drives digital innovation to enhance customer experience and engagement across all touchpoints.
  • The incumbent oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management, including UI/UX design, platform performance, and feature enhancements. They ensure seamless integration of digital platforms with HMO core systems and telemedicine services.
  • The role also leads strategic digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Additionally, the Head monitors analytics and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions and continuous platform improvement.

This role focuses on:

  • Oversee development of digital products (web, mobile, portals).
  • Manage UI/UX, product lifecycle, and platform performance.
  • Drive integration with HMO core systems and telemedicine.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and innovation.
  • Monitor analytics, user engagement, and platform optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sciences, Project Management or related fields
  • Professional certification (e.g., Digital project management, Agile, ITIL certifications) – mandatory/preferred
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in Technology and Project Management
  • At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
