About the Role

  • We’re seeking a visionary Head of Brands & Marketing to lead our brand strategy, growth initiatives, and marketing execution. You will be responsible for shaping how our brand shows up in the world, designing and driving campaigns that build awareness, loyalty, and measurable business growth. As the senior leader for all brand and marketing efforts, you will guide a talented team of strategists, creatives, and marketers — ensuring every story we tell and every campaign we launch strengthens our brand and delivers impact.

Job Description 

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Define and execute the overall brand strategy, strengthening positioning, awareness, loyalty and relevance in the market.
  • Brand & PR Management: Develop and refine brand messaging and voice, analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas/segments, manage the PR of the company.
  • Growth & Business Development: Design and execute growth strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Craft and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase market share and drive revenue. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Content & Storytelling Excellence: Craft compelling narratives, oversee creative development, and ensure a consistent brand tone & voice across all customer touchpoints and communication channels. Implement e-mail marketing and blog content strategy.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, ATL/BTL, partnerships and offline channels.) that deliver measurable business results.
  • Data & Insights Mindset: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Leverage analytics, market research, and consumer insights to inform strategy and optimize marketing performance.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Coach, Mentor, and build a high performing team whilst, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively cross-functional teams and executive leadership to ensure marketing drives business objectives.
  • Community Impact: Responsible for driving our impact strategy. Champion our impact initiatives and collaborate with the People & Culture team for execution. Seek and maintain strategic partnerships for impact that align with our impact strategy.
  • Market & Consumer Understanding: Sharp awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated.
  • Financial Accountability & ROI Focus: Set and track key KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, customer growth, campaign ROI) and report on performance to senior management. Develop & manage budgets and tracking ROI to ensure marketing investments deliver sustainable growth. Maximize ROI on all brand, marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Innovation & Agility: Testing, iterating, and adopting new marketing technologies, channels, and approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Stakeholder Management: Oversee and strengthen Stakeholder relationships with Strategic and Impact partners (Chowdeck, Glovo, Destiny Trust, etc.) to align campaigns and impact initiatives with broader business goals. Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations that extend brand reach and impact.
  • Brand Guardian: Oversee the deliverables of all vendors, contractors and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards. Oversee all business and marketing operations (across all channels) and ensure consistency with the brand guidelines. Act as the Chief guardian of our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
